Live Painting for Kiehl's NYC

Jeremyville is the Kiehl's holiday artist for 2016, following on from previous Holiday artists including Jeff Koons, KAWS, and Kenny Scharf. The media launch happened on May 10th 2016, in Brooklyn. This is a live painting from the event, 7 feet x 12 feet, ink on paper, created in around 2 hours. Based around the East Village, where the original Kiehls store is located. 13th Street and 3rd Ave. #kiehls165 (it's the 165th year anniversary of Kiehl's, founded in 1851)

Jeremyville & Buff Monster Show, this Friday in Brooklyn.

You're invited to the Jeremyville & Buff Monster Show, at Tara McPherson's Cotton Candy Machine this Friday, August 5th, 7-11 pm, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

Jeremyville will be launching his new SPROUT UP! concept, an art pop-up installation that features a mashup wall of Jeremyville fine art editions, with original pieces, 3D figures and products. The concept will also sprout up later like a mushroom, at other spaces around the world for a fleeting moment, with new editions & new original work. This is the first ever appearance of SPROUT UP!

SPROUT UP! will showcase Jeremyville editions of screenprints, giclees, new ceramic figures & risograph prints, plus Jeremyville open edition products such as sketchel bags, plush toys, t-shirts, totes, inflatables, stickers, skate decks, books, sneakers, toys, Community Service Announcements, and some original drawings & paintings. 

Jeremyville will also be launching issue #3 of Jeremyville RAW, which is a New York based street art newspaper, distributed around the places he likes to hang out, The Cotton Candy Machine being one of them!

Jeremyville is speaking at Pictoplasma in Berlin, and exhibiting new work. April 6th - 9th.

Jeremyville & Creative Director Megan Mair are speaking at the Pictoplasma Conference in Berlin, this Thursday April 7th, and showing recent work this Wednesday, April 6th, 2011, at SOTO. He will be in attendance, so come and meet the artist. The show features a giant 7 x 17 feet canvas work (edition of 3), from the 'Fragments of the Apocalypse' series.

'Fragments of the Apocalypse' is a new series of paintings and drawings by New York based artist Jeremyville, dealing with the last days of pop culture on earth, the death of well known icons, and the carnage of the cute.  

It's an end game in which pop finally eats itself, Apocalyptic birds pick at the decaying carcass of a long dead Mickey, cannibal Smurfs on acid wield deathly axes, cute pop characters succumb to the darkness in their souls, and the entrails of our consumer society corpse spill out and seep back into a dying earth. 

 Exploring a color palette of lurid candy pinks, neon sign yellows, newsprint greys, dirty gelati pastels, and the deepest midnight black, this is a series about the end days of our pop consumer culture, and a document of those character strewn landscapes of destruction.
